Cancellation policy

Ample notice is appreciated if you need to cancel your appointment, so others have a chance to book that time, and no one’s time is wasted.

All cosmetic tattooing and other permanent services may require either a deposit of 25% of the service cost (with the balance due after service) or a valid credit card on file, to reserve your appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours of appointment time are subject to a fee of 25% of service cost to card on file or forfeiture of deposit. Same-day cancellations & no-call/no-shows will be charged a fee equal to the full service amount (or balance remaining). If no card on file, an invoice will be sent, with payment due upon receipt, and must be paid before future appointments are booked. Existing future bookings will be cancelled if amount due is not paid promptly. New bookings will require new deposits.

Consultations are complimentary, but require a small deposit when booking, which can be applied toward the cost of any future service or refunded if unable to proceed with services. The deposit is required as collateral for the booking and adhering to the cancellation policy; the deposit is only forfeited in the case of late cancellation or missed appointment. Otherwise, as long as the appointment is upheld and attended (or cancelled at least 72 hours in advance), the fee is refundable or subtracted from next service cost, at the client’s discretion.

Brow Henna appointments require a deposit, which is refundable if cancelled or rescheduled in advance of 72 hours. Late cancellations within this window and no-call/no-shows will not be refunded. Same-day cancellations & no-call/no-shows will be charged a fee equal to the full service amount (or balance remaining). Existing future bookings will be cancelled if amount due is not paid promptly. Full prepayment will be required for new/future bookings.

Please arrive by your scheduled time. If running late, please call or text to let us know! (414-246-7101) If no contact/arrival by 15 minutes past appointment time, it will be assumed your are not coming, and will be marked a no-show and charged accordingly. Arrival later than 15 minutes past appointment time will not allow enough time for your service and you will need to reschedule.

The purpose of this policy is to protect our and others’ time, and recoup some of the costs incurred in cases of late cancellations and no-shows. We understand unexpected things happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, as long as reasonable effort is made to give as much notice as possible about a conflict beyond the client’s control with their scheduled appointment, and is not a repeated issue.
