Deposits are required for permanent most services. We ask that you give us 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made in advance of 48 hours. Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment will forfeit deposit and will need to submit a new deposit if rescheduling. Cancellations during appointment window and no-call/no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Please be respectful of our and others' time.
