Meet Zoe
Zoe is the proud owner of Tiger Lily Collective, a local MKE-area business offering cosmetic & paramedical tattooing, and other comprehensive health, wellness & beauty services.
Before starting TLC, she had a career in corporate FP&A (financial planning & administration), working as a financial analyst. (Think internal budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, etc.) Though it may sound like a pretty crazy career change, her soft skills actually translated REALLY well to cosmetic tattooing: Being a detail-orientated perfectionist, with a gentle hand, a strong affinity for pattern recognition, and a secondary education in engineering and business, she realized quickly when she took her first PMU class, that she had a knack for this work! Grateful to have found a passion that blends STEM and art, she built a business, through which she can help people heal & build confidence.
As one of the few Board Certified cosmetic tattooists in the state, Zoe take immense pride in her expertise. To stay on top of this ever-growing and evolving industry, she regularly participates in advanced training programs and conferences. Her commitment to further education ensures that she can always offer top-tier services and exceptional experiences to her valued clients.
Outside of the professional world, Zoe is an avid traveler and a serious foodie. She loves a good game night, spa day, or thrilling adventure, from spelunking to skydiving! But over the these past several years, starting and building her business, just finding time to relax at home and snuggle cats is her idea of a good time- that and trying to stay active with Barre classes!

Tehya Herbert, also known as T, is a cosmetologist specializing in waxing and piercing with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through genuine connection and care. Her love for the beauty industry began in 2013 and she officially started taking clients in 2020, turning a lifelong passion into a career rooted in creativity and confidence. She received her training from the Advanced Institute of Beauty and Hair Design and is licensed in Wisconsin as a cosmetologist, tattooist, and body piercer. Tehya’s approach is authentic and down to earth, focused on honesty, comfort, and truly listening to her clients’ concerns. She is inspired by personal growth, following her heart, and helping others see the beauty they already possess. Known for making people feel at ease, she brings warmth, humor, and genuine interest into every service. Outside the studio she enjoys riding her motorcycle, creating art, spending time outdoors, and discovering new places to eat. Tehya welcomes every client with care and creativity, where beauty meets artistry and individuality is always celebrated.
Lee
Lee Cote, BSN RN, is a Pico Laser and Skin Rejuvenation Specialist and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector who blends clinical expertise with the art of timeless elegance. With a foundation in healthcare since 2019 and advanced aesthetic training, she merges science with artistry to create treatments that enhance natural radiance and confidence. Guided by compassion and education, she focuses on customized rejuvenation experiences that feel luxurious, empowering, and deeply intentional. She loves showing women that investing in yourself is not vanity but self respect, and nothing is more meaningful to her than watching confidence return from within. Her favorite aesthetic movement is embracing simplicity and naturally luminous skin. Outside of work she is a devoted foodie who loves exploring new dining experiences and finding new flavor inspiration. Lee is committed to creating a space where beauty feels effortless, deeply personal, and truly timeless.
CiCe
CiCe is an aesthetician specializing in corrective skincare with a passion for helping clients truly understand their skin and feel confident in it. With four years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry and formal training from Milwaukee Area Technical College in Mequon, her approach blends science based education with a luxurious and relaxing treatment experience. She focuses on concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, blemishes and scalp folliculitis while giving each client the tools they need to continue progress at home. She believes everyone deserves to feel beautiful exactly as they are and finds joy in helping people embrace their skin without judgment or comparison. Her current favorite treatment is Hydrodermabrasion because it delivers glowing hydrated even toned skin without the downtime required by more invasive procedures. When she is not in the treatment room she loves great food, great conversation and feeling put together.
